This image is part of a series where I experimented with creating photorealistic contemporary art sculptures using MidJourney. The aim was to craft pieces so plausible that at first glance, they might be mistaken for actual physical sculptures. This series challenges the viewer to consider whether a sculpture needs to be tangible to be impactful. Can an image of a sculpture move us just as profoundly as the real thing? I am particularly drawn to the undulating mathematical forms in this piece—designs that would be incredibly complex and challenging to execute in the physical world. This is where MidJourney excels, enabling artists to realize their most ambitious visions without the constraints of physical reality.
