Tai Yuen Electrical Co. is a real shop in Hong Kong. When I came across it in 2023, it was a beautiful spectacle for me as it was truly filled to the brim with an array of vintage electronics from floor to ceiling and front to back to a point where the shop owners had to sit outside of the store. This photorealistic image takes us deep into the bustling streets of Hong Kong, where the Tai Yuen Electrical Co. stands as a testament to the city's vibrant used electronic trade. The store for me represents that old things can become new again with a different context or generation. From tangled wires to stacks of old televisions and radios, each element is rendered with stunning clarity and depth, highlighting the intricate textures and rich colors that define the scene.
