This is office building designed with contemporary architecture, infused with elements of Brutalism. Dominating the frame is a high-rise building, an assemblage of staggered cubes that create a visually compelling, layered effect. The structure’s design is a modern interpretation of Brutalism and predominant use of raw concrete. This makes the building a robust, imposing presence while also showcasing the textural qualities of concrete. Complementing the concrete are expansive glass facades that introduce a sense of openness. These glass elements not only serve to break the monotony of the concrete but also allow for a play of light and shadow that changes throughout the day. Adding a touch of verdancy to the urban monolith are the lush green terraces that adorn each level. These terraces on each level are meticulously landscaped with a variety of plants and trees, softening the starkness of the concrete and introducing biodiversity into the urban landscape. They underscore the building’s commitment to sustainability and provide residents with a connection to nature.
